Scope of Work
The scope of Ignite Dreams Youth Development Foundation’s work includes, but is not limited to, the following thematic and programmatic areas:
SheDream – A flagship initiative designed to empower girls and young women through education, mentorship, leadership, and entrepreneurship training. SheDream promotes gender equality and inspires women to become agents of social and economic transformation.
Empowering Her Potential, Igniting Her Future.
DreamTech – Focused on digital inclusion and technological innovation, DreamTech trains youth in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, the Internet of Things (IoT), and digital entrepreneurship. The goal is to build digital capacity and bridge the global technology gap in underserved African communities.
Dream2Lead – A mentorship and leadership development program that fosters integrity, vision, and purpose-driven leadership among African youth. It provides structured mentorship, public speaking training, and leadership exposure to build future-ready changemakers.
DreamPreneur – A youth entrepreneurship and innovation program designed to equip young people with the business and financial skills necessary to launch and scale sustainable enterprises. DreamPreneur encourages creativity, job creation, and financial literacy.
EcoDreams – A climate action and green innovation initiative that advocates for environmental sustainability, renewable energy adoption, and youth participation in eco-entrepreneurship. It promotes awareness of global climate issues while supporting local green projects.
DreamSpace – Innovation and creative hubs that provide access to collaborative learning environments where young innovators can connect, create, and experiment. These hubs foster creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
DreamConnect – A global opportunity gateway that links youth to scholarships, internships, mentorship programs, and international partnerships. DreamConnect bridges local talent with global opportunities, helping young Africans gain exposure and experience in a connected world.
Through these pillars, IDYDF advances the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), promotes youth-led innovation, and supports equitable access to resources and opportunities.
Eligibility and Participation
Our programs and initiatives are open to youths, educators, volunteers, and organizations who share our vision for empowerment, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Participants must meet the eligibility criteria stated for each program or event.
Minors (under 18) must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating.
The Foundation reserves the right to verify the authenticity of participant information and decline applications that do not meet our standards.
Use of Our Website

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except in cases of proven error or fraud.
Donors may request acknowledgment receipts or certificates of contribution upon completion of payment.
Funds received are used solely for the purpose stated on our website or campaign materials, including administration, logistics, training, and outreach under the Foundation’s initiatives.
The Foundation does not collect or store donors’ full payment details; all financial information is managed by secure processors.
Events and Program Conduct
Participation in any of our workshops, festivals, or programs signifies agreement to the following:
Participants must adhere to the conduct guidelines, dress codes, and attendance rules set by the Foundation.
The Foundation reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior disrupts the event or violates our values of respect, inclusion, and integrity.
All participants consent to photography, videography, and media coverage for promotional or reporting purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Foundation will take reasonable measures to ensure safety, but participants are responsible for their personal belongings and conduct during events.
